Refund Policy

This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines how you can cancel or seek a refund for a product or service that you have purchased through the Platform. Under this policy:

  1. Cancellations will only be considered if the request is made within 3 days of placing the order. However, cancellation requests may not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the sellers/ merchant(s) listed on the Platform and they have initiated the shipping process, or if the product is already out for delivery. In such an event, you may choose to reject the product at the doorstep.
  2. 8800768368 does not accept cancellation requests for perishable items such as flowers, eatables, etc. However, a refund or replacement may be provided if the user establishes that the quality of the product delivered is not satisfactory.
  3. In case of receipt of damaged or defective items, please report the issue to our customer service team. The request will be entertained once the seller/ merchant listed on the Platform has verified and determined the issue at its own end. Such issues should be reported within 3 days of receiving the product.

    If you feel that the product received is not as shown on the website or does not meet your expectations, you must notify our customer service team within 3 days of receiving the product. After reviewing your complaint, the customer service team will take an appropriate decision.
  4. In case of complaints regarding products that come with a manufacturer's warranty, please refer the issue directly to the manufacturer.
  5. In case any refund is approved by 8800768368, it will take up to 3 days for the refund to be processed and credited.
